Refund policy

Made-to-order shirts

Every Dawszn shirt is printed after you order. Please check your size, color and delivery address before placing your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for an incorrectly selected size or color, or a change of mind, except where required by applicable consumer law.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your shirt arrives damaged, has a manufacturing or printing defect, or is not the item you ordered, email dawszn@protonmail.com as soon as possible and within 30 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos showing it. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund for eligible claims.

Please contact us before sending anything back. A physical return is normally not needed for a damaged or defective item; we will provide instructions if one is required.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. If it has not appeared after 10 business days, contact us.

Delivery problems

If your order has not arrived, or tracking shows a delivery problem, email us with your order number so we can investigate with our fulfillment partner.

Your consumer rights

This policy does not limit rights you have under applicable consumer law. Where a statutory cancellation or return right applies, including an applicable European Union 14-day withdrawal right, that right takes precedence. Contact us to request instructions.
